About the Role
As an HR Representative at Leiden Research, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources functions of the organization. You will work closely with employees, managers, and the HR team to ensure a positive employee experience, facilitate HR processes, and assist in various HR-related activities. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training arrangements.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Address employee concerns and resolve issues in a timely and confidential manner.
Performance Management:
Support the performance management process by assisting with goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback discussions.
Maintain records of performance-related documentation.
HR Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, contracts, and personnel data.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and enrollment processes.
Compliance and Policies:
Ensure compliance with HR-related laws, regulations, and company policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
Support employee development initiatives, including training programs and career development opportunities.
Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions.
HR Reporting:
Prepare HR reports and analytics on various HR metrics, such as turnover, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Use data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR or a related role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
