About the Role

As a Research Analyst at Leiden Research, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of research projects. You will work closely with senior researchers and clients to gather, analyze, and present data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis:

Conduct primary and secondary research to gather data, including surveys, interviews, and market studies.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using statistical tools and research methodologies.
Project Support:

Assist in the design and planning of research projects, including survey development and data collection strategies.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure research objectives are met on time and within budget.
Reporting and Insights:

Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and summaries of research findings.
Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for clients.
Client Interaction:

Interact with clients to understand their research needs, provide updates on project progress, and answer queries.
Build strong client relationships and contribute to client satisfaction.
Quality Assurance:

Ensure research methodologies and processes adhere to industry standards and ethical guidelines.
Conduct quality checks on data and research outputs.
Market and Industry Analysis:

Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and emerging research methods.
Assist in competitive analysis and benchmarking activities.
Technology Utilization:

Utilize research tools, software, and technology platforms to enhance data collection and analysis efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, social sciences).

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Excel, or equivalent).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Enthusiasm for research and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
